Delete Your Account & Data

This page explains how to delete your STAKD account and the data associated with it. STAKD is operated by STAKD LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Maryland, USA.

If you use STAKD in Private mode, your data never leaves your device — there is no account to delete. Simply uninstalling the app removes all of it. The steps below apply to Connected (cloud account) mode.

How to request deletion

  1. Email us at privacy@mystakd.com from the email address on your STAKD account.
  2. Use the subject line “Delete my account.”
  3. We’ll confirm your request and permanently delete your account and associated data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When you request deletion, we permanently remove:

DeletedDetail
Your accountLogin email and hashed password
Your profileDisplay name and any profile settings
All financial dataIncome, expenses (Staks and Cuts), ventures, amounts, categories, notes, and dates you entered

What we keep, and for how long

KeptRetention
Crash & diagnostic logs (anonymized, not linked to your identity)Up to 90 days, then automatically purged
Records we’re legally required to retain (e.g. for tax, fraud, or legal compliance, if any)Only as long as required by law, then deleted

Aside from the above, nothing is retained after your deletion request is completed.
